After the day off yesterday because of my laziness, I expected to go for a solid run today. Well, my life was quite hectic today and i ended up taking the easy way out and biking 12 miles. I am trying to cross train more this season to avoid injury by strengthening my quads. Although i only biked, it was at a solid pace and i worked up a sweat. It may have been being lazy, but it was a hard workout and much more enjoyable than running..!
