Track Workout!

Finally, some speed stuff. I've been asking my coach for speed stuff for a few weeks now and I finally got it... Mile repeats. I hate them, but i know i need them.  I did 4 mile repeats with times of 5:30, 5:34, 5:40, and the last one i felt terrible but pushed it to still get a 5:50.  Overall, i felt great today, i finally felt like i had accomplished something good in track. Today was a good day and hopefully it is the first of many to come in the near future.
