Today was another track workout, mile repeats once again. I dread these workouts, but i know they are necessary.. Today i felt completely terrible. I ran my first mile in 5:26 which felt good but then that fell to a 5:35 and the third was hurt so bad getting me a 5:45. The cramps and almost throwing up were too overwhelming, i had to call it quits after just 3 repeats. Yet another day reassuring me that not doing track officially is the right thing to do.
